曲唑酮治疗60例广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效观察

A study of trazodone in the treatment of general anxiety disorder.

目的 评价曲唑酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和副作用。方法 对 6 0例临床诊断为广泛性焦虑症病人投以曲唑酮治疗 4周 ;采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评价疗效 ;不良反应量表评价副作用。结果 有效率为 83.3% ,痊愈率为5 6 .7% ,无明显心血管不良反应。结论 曲唑酮可作为一种新型高效、安全的抗焦虑剂 。

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect and side events of trazodone in the treatment of general anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods 60 outpatients meeting Chinese classification and diagnostic critcria of mental disorder,second Rev Ed criteria for GAD were assigned to trazodone of four weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) before treatment and semimonthly during therapy period.Results Trazodone is effective in the treatment of GAD and produced slight side effects.Conclusion It is suggested that trazodone may be a novel.safe and effective antianxiety and suitable on treatment of old patients
