对82例甲状腺机能亢进患者抑郁症状特征的分析

The depressive symptom of the patients with graves disease.

目的 为探讨甲亢患者抑郁症状的特点。方法 用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)对 82例初发的甲亢患者分别在治疗 0周、4周及 8周末评定患者的抑郁症状 ,同时测定患者的甲状腺激素TT3 、TT4。结果 甲亢患者初诊时伴有明显的抑郁症状 ;不同性别、家族史者 ,其抑郁分值无显著性差异 ,治疗后第 4周、第 8周末患者病情明显好转 ,但其抑郁分值下降则无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 甲亢患者存在明显的抑郁症状 。

Objective To investigate the depressive symptom of the patients with graves disease.Method We have rated the 82 patients with graves disease using self rating depression scale(SDS) at first,fourth,eight week and tested the TT 3,TT 4 of the patients at the same time.Results The scores of SDS in the patients were much higher than the normal controls.There are no significant difference of the scores between the patients with different sex and family history.The degree of depression did not drop down with the recovery of the disease even after treated with antithyroidism for eight weeks.Conclusion The patients with graves disease had depressive symptom.The depression of the patients may last for a long time.
