重合林M30和优泌林70/30对Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 比较重合林M30和优泌林70/30治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效.70例经口服降糖药物控制不佳患者随机被分为重合林M30治疗组和优泌林70/30治疗组,分别采用每日早、晚餐前皮下注射重合林M30和优泌林70/30,进行为期12周的观察.比较两组患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),4个时点血糖,低血糖发生率,每日胰岛素使用剂量等.治疗12周后重合林M30组与优泌林70/30组HbA1c、FPG、PBG-2 h水平均较治疗前明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),低血糖发生率及胰岛素日使用剂量上的差异也无统计学意义.在Ⅱ型糖尿病的治疗上,重合林M30与优泌林70/30的疗效是相当的. In order to investigate the clinical effect of M30 and humulin 70/30 on treating type Ⅱ diabetes,70 cases of DM patients who lost the effectiveness of oraalm medicines were divided into 2 groups given M30 and humulin 70/30 respectively.They were given M30 and humulin 70/30 twice daily for 12 weeks,and HbAlc,FPG,PBG-2 h the incidence of hypoglycemic,the total dose of insulin were observed.Compared with pretreatment,at the end of 12 weeks treatment,the decerased values of HbA1c,FPG and PBG-2 h were all proved significantly in both M30 group and humulin 70/30 group (P < 0.05),but the differences between the two groups were similar(P > O.05) and the difference of incidence of hypoglycemic and the total dose of insulin have no statistical significance (P > 0.05).The result showed that M30 and humulin 70/30 have similar effect to type Ⅱ diabetes.
