负载型纳米TiO_2薄膜电极的制备及光电性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,分别以ZnO纳米棒、碳纳米管以及商用P25作为载体制备负载型纳米二氧化钛材料.利用粉末涂敷法制备负载型纳米TiO2薄膜电极,用X-射线衍射(XRD)对薄膜电极的结构进行表征.将染料敏化薄膜电极与Pt对电极组装成染料敏化太阳能电池后,利用数字源表对三种电池进行光电性能测试,通过比较选出最优负载型纳米TiO2.实验结果表明,商用P25负载的纳米TiO2为锐钛矿相且结晶度良好,薄膜电极具有较高的光催化活性,DSSC短路电流为2.03 mA/cm2,开路电压为0.55 V,光电转换效率较其他两种DSSC分别提高了35%和19%. Nano-TiO2 sol prepared through sol-gel method,ZnO nanorods,carbon nanotubes and commercial P25 as carriers,different carriers of nano-TiO2-loaded materials were preprared by them.Powder coating method used for preparition of nano-TiO2-loaded thin film electrode,then structure and morphology of thin film were chrarcerized by X-ray diffraction (XRD).Dye-sensitized thin film electrode and Pt electrode assembled into DSSC,on which photoelectric performance tests were made by sourcemeter,finally the optimal nano-TiO2-loaded was selected by comparing.Result showed that nano-TiO2-loaded with commerical P25 as carrier was anatase phase and crystallinity well,what' s more,thin film electrode has higher photocatalytic activity.Jsc =2.03mA/cm2,V =0.55V and conversion efficiency of DSSC was improved 35% and 19% respectively compared with two other DSSC.
