青少年近视眼影响因素及其预防保健对策探析

Juvenile myopia:influential factors and preventive care measures

我国是近视眼大国,青少年近视眼在我国已经十分普遍。青少年患近视眼后,不但给他们带来了身体上的不便,而且影响他们的心理健康。本文首先简要介绍了我国青少年近视的现状及其危害,其次分析了青少年近视的影响因素,最后提出了青少年近视眼的预防保健对策,以减少近视对青少年的危害,提高青少年的健康水平。

China has a large nearsighted population. Myopia has become very common among teenagers. For teenagers, myopia affects them physically and psychologically. In this paper, we firstly introduced the current situation of adolescent myopia in brief in our country, then analyzed its influential factors, and finally, we put forward its preventive care measures in order to reduce the harm of myopia and improve the health of adolescents.
