摘要 该文选取在工业上具有广泛应用的电加热炉为对象。电加热炉系统是一个双输入双输出系统,有耦合,相互影响,相互干扰。针对控制对象强耦合的特点,设计了基于BP神经网络的参数PID控制算法,采用前馈补偿方法实现解耦,通过仿真研究,结果表明该方案控制系统的调节品质比传统的PID控制水平有了明显的提高。 This paper focus on electrical heater's decoupling control based on Neural Network. Direct against the strong cou-pling characteristic of control system, this paper try to design a control system based on BP Neural Network and dispel the cou-pling by feed forward compensation. The simulation results show that the designed system dispels the coupling between the sys-tematic variables basically;it improved greatly the dynamic and static responsible specifications of the system. Compared with the traditional PID controller, this intelligent control algorithm can achieve better control effect.
