摘要
查房医生会话的一般结构为:听取下级医生汇报病情、医患问答、检查、提出治疗方案、解释讲解病情;查房医生的会话对象主要有:患者、患者家属、下级医生、护士、实习生或进修医生。会话面临着诊断思维、听解反应、社会文化理解、表达技巧、甚至角色扮演等多种能力的压力。查房医生除了是医学技术的拥有者外,还具有医疗经济的参与者与管理者、医疗服务的实践者和医学知识教育者的鲜明角色特点,面对角色压力,医生采用变化语体、附加疑问句、语言礼貌策略等多种会话方式进行角色转换,突显对病房活动的控制。
Doctors's ward-round conversation is generally structured by listening to junior doctors ~ report, questions and answers between doctors and patients, examination, proposals of treatment, and clarification of conditions. The objects of rounds of doctors are patients, relatives of patients, nurses, medical interns or training physicans. The conversation involves such skills as diagnostic thinking, appropriate response and expression, cultural understanding, and even role-play. A ward-round doctor plays several roles as an owner of medical technology, a participant and executive in health economy, a practitioner in health service, and educator in medical knowledge. Give the role pressure, a doctor employs a variety of skills like style variation, tag questions and polite strategies to switch roles and control ward activities.
