体制内中医的名与实分析——名义上有中医,实质上没中医

在中国现代化进程中,中医受到西方近现代医学的强烈冲击,被排挤在医学体制之外。在新中国成立后,中医再次回归到体制内,成为与西医并列的医学类型,包括中医高等教育、管理机构、研究机构、中医院、中药产业等方面,名义上取得突飞猛进的发展。但中医在体制内的实际运转情况不容乐观,其适用疾病为慢性迁延性疾病,中医医生多采用西医药的治疗方法解决疾患,中医药的方法只处于补充地位,始终不是与西方现代医学相对等的医学力量。其结果是名义上有中医,实际上没中医。

Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is not only suffered an impact from modern western medicine, but also excluded from the tradition medicine system during the process of Chinese modernization. After the founding of the Peoples Republic of China, Chinese medicine has returned into the medicine system, which became a medicine style paralleling with the western medicine, including the higher education of TCM, management institutions, research institutions, hospitals, Chinese medicine industry. It has received namely a rapid development. However, the actual operation situation of Chinese medicine is not so optimistic, which is more suitable for chronic persistent disease. TCM doctors use more western medicine treatment methods to solve disorders, and Chinese medicine became a supplementary status, therefore Chinese medicine is not a medicine power equaled with modern western medicine. Consequently, there exists namely Chinese medicine but actually not.
