摘要
电力工业改革带来的挑战与热点问题使得电力系统安全运行备受关注。随着可再生能源、分布式发电和需求响应等成为系统电源的重要组成部分,不同类型新能源的接入带来的不同形式的不确定性问题需要采用更加灵活和智能的系统调度技术来解决。随着可再生能源接入电网数量的不断增加,电力系统迫切需要新的调度系统以更好地应对系统的不确定性问题。
Power industry reform brought challenges and hot issues which made the safe op- eration of the power system be concerned. As renewable energy, distributed generation and demand response have become an important part of system power, different types of new energy access brought different forms of uncertainty problem which need to adopt a more flexible and intelligent scheduling systems to solve. With the increasing number of renewable energy access to the grid, power system urgently needed new scheduling system to be better cope with the system uncertainty.
