摘要
用硫酸胺盐析、Sephadex G-100柱层析等方法,从人体精子中提纯得到电泳单点纯的顶体蛋白酶。用SDS-聚丙烯酰铵凝胶电泳法测定了人体精子顶体蛋白酶的相对分子质量(约为10470)。用N-末端分析和氨基酸组成分析等方法研究了这种酶的一些化学特征。实验结果表明,人体精子顶体蛋白酶由85个氨基酸残基组成,它是以亮氨酸为N-末端的单一多肽链。
In this paper, the acrosin of human sperm has been purified as a single point of electrophoresis. Some chemical characteristics of acrosin were studied by means of amino acid composition and N-terminal analysis. It is show that the acrosin of human sperm is made from 85 amino acid residues, with a molecular weight of 10470. It is a single polypeptide chain with N-terminal amino acid of leueine.
