河南省某高校非医学专业大学生灾害救护与院外急救培训现状及效果分析

Analysis of the non-medical students＇ current knowledge level of disaster rescue and first-aid training

目的了解非医学专业大学生灾害救护及院外急救知识掌握情况和培训需求，分析培训效果，探讨普及非医学专业大学生灾害救护及院外急救培训的有效方法。方法对河南省某高校230名非医学专业大学生进行灾害救护及院外急救培训，采用问卷调查法调查其相关知识掌握情况、了解途径及培训需求，对培训前后院外知识掌握情况进行对比分析。结果被调查非医学专业大学生在培训前灾害救护及院外急救知识合格率为8．5％，培训后合格率为95．6％，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．01；198人（88．4％）未参加过相关培训，224人（100％）认为有必要在学校开设急救相关选修课，理想的培训时间主要为1～2d（89．7％）。结论非医学专业大学生对灾害救护及院外急救知识认识不足，急救技能缺乏。急救培训能够提高非医学专业大学生灾害救护及院外急救知识。高校应针对非医学专业大学生，开设院外急救选修课，满足其培训需求。

Objective To investigate disaster rescue and pre-hospital first-aid knowledge for non-medical college students and their demands for the training. Further analyze effect of the training and find effective ways to popularize first-aid training among non-medical college students. Methods 230 non-medical students from an university in Henan province were selected to participate in the training. A questionnaire survey was provided, and a comparative analysis was conducted. Results 8.5% of them passed the test before training and 95.6% passed the test after the training proyided with a statistical significance , P 〈0.01. 198 （88.4%） never participated in the first-aid training. 224 （100%） were consent to have first-aid training as an elective in college courses. 89.7% of them preferred a 1-2 day training. Conclusion Currently, there is insufficient first-aid training provided in non-medical college courses. The survey demonstrated a demand for pre-hospital first-aid training which may be added as an elective in college courses.
