集装箱装卸桥视觉防摇系统中图像采集的开发应用

摘要 为了提高小车迅速消除集装箱摆动的能力,提出了一种基于切换的防摇控制算法。通过分析吊具摆角与小车运行加减速之间的关系,建立集装箱装卸桥系统的数学模型,而吊具的摆角由摄像头和反光板组成的传感器检测到的图像经处理后得到。详细介绍网络摄像头IPC的选型和程序设计。 In order to improve the ability of the trolley to rapidly eliminate the container swing, an anti-sway control algorithm based on switching has been proposed. By analyzing the relationship between the spreader's swing angle and the trolley's acceleration and deceleration, the mathematical model of the container crane system is established. And the swing angle of the spreader could be got after processing the image which is detected by the sensor composes of the camera and the reflective plate. The selection and program design of IPC network camera are introduced in detail.
