征地动迁已成为城市建设和发展的重要活动,保护被拆迁人的权益,具有十分重要的意义。分析当前征地动迁中的突出问题,对征地动迁中被拆迁人作权益分析。提出被拆迁人权益保障的对策与建议。
The land acquisition and relocation has being an important activity for construction and development of city, so protecting the house owner＇s legal rights is significant. The main problems in the land acquisition and relocation at present and the rights and benefits of the owner are analyzed. At last several countermeasures and suggestions for protecting rights and benefits of owner are put forward.
