浅析我国农村基础教育现状

On the Situation of Rural Basic Education

大力发展农村教育,把沉重的人口负担转变为人力资源的优势,不仅是教育发展的重要目标,也是解决"三农问题"的关键所在,更是影响现代化建设进程的战略性任务。自农村改革及教育改革以来,农村基础教育事业虽得到长足发展,但就目前的现状而言依然存在着种种问题,因而对农村教育问题进行全局性思考与筹划,解决农村基础教育发展不均衡问题,实乃当务之急。本文就农村基础教育现状提出一些改革发展的建议。

Vigorously develop rural education, turn the population burden into human resources advantages, is not only an important goal of the development of education, but also the key to solve the ＂three rural issues＂, but also the strategic task to affect the process of modernization. Since the rural reform and education reform, basic education in rural areas although by leaps and bounds, but for now the status quo in terms of the problems still exist, and thus thinking and planning on the overall problems of rural education, solving the uneven development of rural basic education issues, it is really a top priority.This paper put forward some proposals for the status of rural basic education reform and development.
