In a school, the principal is the leader, is the soul. Principals on the stage of school, they achieve through the role of principals. In order to better assume their role in society, the principal must strengthen their literacy, establish personal prestige, to fulfill their duties. This paper analyzes the role of the principal, discusses the status of work, job duties of primary and secondary school principal, as well as how to better achieves the management of schools.
