摘要
随着新课程改革理念的提出、实践和推广,其在课程功能、结构、内容、实施和评价上都有了重大突破和创新。而要实现新一轮基础教育课程改革的目标,教师是影响其成败的关键因素之一。这就需要教师对其角色进行重新的定位和理解,确立一种符合社会要求和满足教师这一职业要求的的崭新的教育观,使教师表现出的行为符合其教师角色。
With the new curriculum reform concept proposed, practice and promotion, in the course function, structure, content, implementation and evaluation of all have a major breakthrough and innovation. In order to achieve a new round of basic education curriculum reform objectives, teachers are the key factors affecting the success or failure of one. This requires teachers to repositioning of its role and understanding to establish a new educational philosophy which meets social demands and also meets the requirements of the teaching profession, so that teachers exhibit behavior consistent with its role of teachers.
