论教学科研型高校教师的角色定位与发展

On the Role Position and Development of Teaching and Scientific Research College Teachers

本文对教学科研型大学教师如何把握好自己的角色定位做了探讨,主要对教学与科研两方面做了论述,说明教师在育智与育人方面的重要作用,并分析了教学与科研二者相互促进的辩证关系。最后,本文提出高校教师必须树立终身学习的信念,才会有更好的发展。

In this paper, the author discusses teaching and research university teachers how to grasp his role, mainly two aspects of teaching and doing research are discussed, indicating that teachers＇ important role in teaching and educating people,and analyzes of both teaching and research mutually reinforcing dialectical relationship. Finally, this paper proposes university teachers must establish a lifelong learning belief, and will have a better development.
