浅析高职院校学分制改革下综合性模块化实训课程的开发与实施

在高职院校开展学分制改革中,开设丰富多彩的选修实训课程给教师提出了更高的要求,如何开设出更多符合企业人才需求又能满足学生个性化发展的课程是个亟待解决的问题。本文以"广交会之旅"课程为例,分析综合性模块化实训课程开发的可行性和优势,结合本校本专业的实际情况,探索高职商贸专业实训课程改革的策略与方法,以期给相关职业院校和专业教师提供一定的参考和借鉴。
