在企业竞争日益激烈的今天,企业需要不断提高综合竞争力,以保证在竞争中能够脱颖而出。本文通过对企业绩效管理的探讨,综合分析了企业绩效管理对企业的各种作用,并对企业绩效管理模式的建立提出一些看法,以及提出对企业绩效管理的优化的方法和举措。
In today＇s increasingly competitive business, companies need to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness, to ensure that the competition to stand out. Based on enterprise performance management discussion, a compre- hensive analysis of corporate performance management for enterprises of various effects, and the establishment of enterprise performance management model put forward some views and make recommendations for the optimization of enterprise per- formance management methods and initiatives.
