The control of progress schedule is one of three major controls, in equal position with the quality control and investment control. Assembling and welding of the steel box girders is an important construction stage in forming the proper part of the major bridge. The dynamic control of its progress is an important measure to insure the fulfillment of the requirement of construction progress of the whole bridge. This paper describes how the progress schedule is controlled in manufacturing and assembling of the segments of the bridge girder.
