The Manufacture of the Stay-cables for the Cable-stayed Highway Bridge over the North Branch of Changjiang in Jingzhou

荆州长江公路大桥北汊桥是一座大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁 ,其主桥为主跨 5 0 0m的斜拉桥 ,全桥斜拉索共 2 5 2根 ,总重量达 2 6 92t。针对工程实践 ,简要介绍斜拉索制造的技术条件、原材料、生产工艺、质量保证体系等。

The north branch bridge of Jingzhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a large span prestressed concrete cable stayed bridge with a main span of 500 m. There are 252 cables in total, with a gross weight of 2 692t. The system of quality control, production technology, raw materials and the technical conditions of the cable manufacture in this engineering practice are presented.
