摘要
通过对钛合金大斜角安装板整流叶片顶锻工艺研究,突破了顶锻件端头与杆部R圆转接的传统设计思路,采用在顶锻件转接处采用局部锥形与R圆自由转接的创新思维,通过对顶锻成形工步的阴模进行修改,解决了此类大斜角安装板顶锻件在预锻生产过程中,叶片的安装板内缘面与叶身转接处靠近毛边桥侧经常出现折叠的现象,节省了打磨时间,降低了工人的劳动强度,缩短了生产周期,同时提高了锻件的合格率。
In this paper, we optimize the parameters of the dies in the upsetting process, which breaks away from the traditional rounding connection between the head and the rod. Using the local cone-shape and roun- ding for free connection, we get the upsetting pieces which avoid the overlap defects in the performing process. Between the inner edge surface of the mounting panel and the solid bodies of the blade? close to flash line, there are no overlaps at all. Through these experiments, we avoid the common defects, and obtain more qualified forging pieces.
