摘要
基于314家中国企业的样本数据,对市场导向、创新与核心能力及企业绩效的关系构建理论模型并进行实证研究。以中国东中西三个地区的314家企业为样本,运用结构方程模型进行检验。结果显示市场导向并不直接影响核心能力和企业绩效,市场导向必须通过创新才能提高核心能力,进而提升绩效。双元创新也不直接提升企业绩效,而必须经过培育核心能力过程才能对企业绩效产生显著影响。
Research on market orientation and core competence is burgeoning, yet our understanding of the consequences of both activ- ities remains rather unclear. This paper examines the relationships among market orientation, innovation, core competence and firm performance. Using data gathered through a survey of 314 enterprises in eastern, middle, and western ChiBa, we proved that market o- rientation has positive indirect impact on core competence by innovation while the direct effect of market orientation on core competence is not statistically significant. Moreover, a process of developing core competence is required in the chain of innovation-firm perform- ance, while innovation has positive indirect impact on firm performance.
