摘要
本文以虚拟集群创新平台为研究对象,揭示跨区域高技术知识网络的构成元素、生态演进过程及路径迁移规律。通过对"云计算创新平台"多案例比较分析,给出平台知识管理的阶段化战略体系及功能定位。结果表明:①高技术知识网络的空间建构决定创新平台的单元组合及功能范畴,导致新知识生产模式、商业模式与服务模式的形成;②知识网络的演化形态与知识轨迹的发展进程共同作用于传导活动主体的战略选择,并依据政策环境的不同表现出导向性差异;③创新平台的知识管理与精准定位需要充分结合政府引导与市场运作效果。
The paper makes virtual cluster innovation platform as subject investigated, shows knowledge network inscape, evolution and migration laws, gives the staging strategic system and functional localization based on analysis of multi-cases from cloud computing innovation platform. The results indicate that high-tech knowledge network structure effects on the unit combinations and function catego- ries of innovation platform, causing new knowledge production mode, business mode and service mode. Knowledge network evolution and route development relates to actors strategic selection, responding the guidance discrepancy by policy environment. Innovation plat- form knowledge management and accurate location need to gather government guidance and market operation.
