不同科技创新主体农业科技成果转化绩效研究

Study on the Performance of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation of Different Innovation Subjects

本文通过对966家不同类型农业科技创新主体进行问卷调研,对其在获专利授权数、带动农户能力、产品销售收入三个方面进行绩效评价和比较研究。研究发现:相对于其他创新主体,企业所获专利授权数明显高于其他创新主体的获专利授权数,非国有企业具有较强的盈利能力,而事业型研究单位和国有企业虽然具有较强的农户带动能力,但其盈利能力相对较弱。

This paper makes performance evaluation and comparison research on the different agricultural technology innovation subjects from patent number, households driving ability and product sales revenue three aspects by analyzing 966 questionnaires. The results showed that compared with other innovation subjects, patent licenses obtained by enterprises are significantly higher than other innova- tion subjects. Non state-owned enterprises have strong profitability. Although research institutions and state-owned enterprises have strong households driving ability, they have relatively weak profitability.
