摘要
目的:研究伏康树树皮化学成分。方法:采用反相硅胶、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从伏康树中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为3-OAc,Δ7,bauerenyl acetate(1),β-谷甾醇(2),伏康京碱(3),8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-pentylisocoumarin(4),voacristine(5),voacamine(6),22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-acetate(7),voacristinehydroxyindolenine(8),voacryptine(9),熊果酸(oleanolic acid)(10),β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin)(11),(22E)-3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯(12),豆甾-4-烯-6β-羟基-3-酮(13),棕榈酸(14)。结论:除化合物3,5,6,9外,其余10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到;1,4,7,12,13为首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物4为从该植物中首次分离得到的第1个香豆素类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Voacanga africana. Method: The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel,ODS,and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data. Result: Fourteen compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidatedas3-OAc,Δ7,bauerenylacetate(1),β-sitosterol(2),voacangine(3),8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-pentylisocoumarin(4),voacristine(5),voacamine(6),22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-acetate(7),voacristinehydroxyindolenine(8),voacryptine(9),oleanolicacid(10)β-amyrin(11),(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(12),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(13),palmiti acid( 14 ). Conclusion: Except compound 3,5,6,9,the other ten compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time;Compound 1,4,7,12,13 were isolated from this genus Voacanga for the first time;Compound 4 is the frist coumarins isolated from the species V. africana Staph.
