摘要
目的: 研究百尾参Disporum cantoniense(Lour.)Merr.乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。 方法: 利用硅胶色谱及重结晶进行化学成分分离与纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其根结构。 结果: 从百尾参根中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:大黄素甲醚(physcion, 1)、大黄素(emodin, 2)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol, 3)、槲皮素(quercetin, 4)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol, 5)、β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol, 6)。 结论: 化合物 1~4 为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the constituents of the roots of Disporum cantoniense in extracting with ethyl acetate. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and recrystallisation. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as physcion(1),emodin(2),stigmasterol(3),quercetin(4),β-sitosterol(5),daucosterol(6). Conclusion: Compounds of 1-4 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
