摘要
电子显示产品、高温仪表、薄膜太阳能电池等行业迫切需求高应变点玻璃。本文以中铝玻璃为基础,确定了高应变点玻璃的成分;用高温熔融法制得了高应变点玻璃,并得到了制备过程中的工艺参数;对玻璃的热学性能进行了测试,分析了玻璃中Al2O3和SrO对其热学性能的影响。
The high strain-point glass was imminence requirement for Electronic display products, pyrometer, thin-film solar cell, etc. In this paper, based on the chemical composition of the middle aluminum glass, the high strain-point glass was prepared by high temperature melting, and the technological parameters during sample preparation were obtained. The thermal properties of glass were measured, and the effect of aluminum and strontium oxide on the thermal property was investigated.
