Study of Cu^(2+)-Ofloxacin Complexation by Fluorescence Quenching Method

摘要 采用荧光猝灭法研究Cu2+与氧氟沙星(OFL)的相互作用特征,考察Cu2+浓度和环境温度对荧光猝灭的影响。结果表明,Cu2+对OFL有明显的荧光猝灭效应,并随Cu2+浓度的增大而增大;环境温度的升高抑制了Cu2+对OFL的荧光猝灭效应,说明两者的表观猝灭可能是以静态猝灭为主。 The interaction characteristics between Cu2+ and ofloxacin (OFL) as affected by concentration of Cu2+ and environmental temperature were investigated using fluorescence quenching method. The results indicated that the fluorescence of OFL was significantly quenched by Cu2+ and the quenching effect enhanced with increasing of Cu2+ concentration. Additionally, the quenching effect was inhibited by the higher environmental temperature, implying that the static quenching may be the dominant quenching effect.
