自湿润流体内螺纹重力热管传热特性 被引量:6

Heat Transfer Characteristics of Internal Helical Microfin Gravity Heat Pipe With Self-Rewetting Fluid

摘要 本文研制了两种不同工质的内螺纹重力热管,并对其进行了实验研究和对比分析.两种工质分别采用水和自湿润流体(质量分数5%正丁醇水溶液),文中实验测量了水平放置和垂直放置时两种热管的传热特性.实验结果表明:水平放置时,自湿润流体相比于水显著提高了内螺纹重力热管的烧干极限,但在低功率时铜-自湿润流体热管热阻稍大于铜-水热管热阻;垂直放置时,自湿润流体热管的运行温度要比水热管温度稍高,其热阻也略高于水工质热管. In this paper, gravity heat pipes with internal helical microfin with two kinds of working fluids were manufactured, experimentally investigated and analyzed. Two working fluids were water and self-rewetting fluid (1-Butanol aqueous solution with 5% mass fraction). Experiments were per- formed both horizontally and vertically. Results show: in horizontal position, the heat transfer limit is improved significantly by self-rewetting fluid compared with water, but the heat pipe with self-rewetting fluid shows slightly higher thermal resistance than the heat pipe with water at low powers; in vertical position, the operating temperature and thermal resistance of the heat pipe with self-rewetting fluid are both slightly higher than those of heat pipe with water.
