摘要 轻质墙板是国家重点发展和推广的新型墙体材料产品之一,玻璃纤维增强水泥轻质隔墙板是目前我省轻质墙板中发展最快和应用最多的产品,而生产这类产品要求必须采用低碱度水泥原料,未试验研究就是研制开发这一新品种水泥填补、省内空白.本文着重探讨了以当地原料为主,研制开发低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥的可能性,并就完成的系统研究试验及试产工作进行了总结,介绍了此项工作对发展地方经济的作用,同时为在甘肃省开发其它品种水泥提供了重要依据. Light wallboard is one of the newly-produced wall-systematic materials for whichthe government has put a great emphasis to develop and spread.. Using glass fiber to enhancethe ability of maintaining the lightness of partition wallboard is the quickest developing andmost applied product in the modern development of the light wallboard, while adopting lightalkaline cement contributes to the effectiveness of this product, which is an indispensablematerial. This experiment is just to study and develop this new product in order to fill theblank of this field in the province. The discussion over the study and the development of thepossibility of the light alkaline sulphate and aluminate cement on the basis of the local materials, enphaslzed, this article will offer a summary on the achieved systematic study and experiment and trial production is sffered; this article gives an introduction on the effectivenessof this production in developing local economy and at the some time the important foundationfor opening up other kinds cements in Gansu province is grants.
