共识、信任与专业：良性教育生态环境的三大支点--兼评《芬兰经验：世界能向芬兰学习什么》

从20世纪90年代的名不见经传到如今的PIsA名列前茅,是什么创造了芬兰的教育奇迹?萨尔博格在《芬兰经验:世界能向芬兰学习什么》一书中向世人揭示了其中的奥秘。与全球教育改革中的主流路线不同,芬兰采取了"第四条道路"的路线,在芬兰社会中营造了良好的教育生态环境。构成这一良好生态环境的有三大支点:全社会拥有的教育共识;;社会各界对教育界以及教育内部各利益相关者之间的高度信任;;最优秀的研究型师资队伍。这三大支点恰恰是我国教育改革比较薄弱,亟待进一步加强的环节。

Different from the mainstream route of global education reform, Finland has taken “the Fourth Way” to reform its education and created a positive educational ecological environment in the whole society. There are three essentials for this environment：social consensus on education, trust among different stakeholders, and the best research type teachers. These essentials are just relatively weak in current Chinese education reform, and therefore urgently needed for further developments.
