摘要
基于弹性层状理论体系,采用ANSYS软件研究分析了修补材料抗压模量变化对沥青路面坑槽修补结构的力学性能影响。结果表明:修补材料抗压模量对坑槽修补结构的力学性能影响显著;坑槽纵向壁缝剪应力均大于横向壁缝剪应力;修补材料抗压模量超过5 000MPa时,修补坑槽面层层底开始出现拉应力且其随修补材料抗压模量提高而增大;修补坑槽结构的基层层底拉应力在底面中心处达最大值,并随着坑槽修补材料抗压模量增加而降低。
Based on lhe elastic layered theory system, this paper analyzed the mechanical response of repaired pit slot in asphalt pavement affected by the different elastic modulus materials with ANSYS software. The results showed that the mechanical properties of repair structural were affected by the material elastic modulus significantly, the wall shear stress value of longitudinal seam was larger than that o{ transverse seam; when the elastic modulus of repair material was larger than 5 000 MPa, the pit slot layer surface appeared tensile stress which enhanced with the increase of repair material elastic modulus; the maximum tensile stress of base courses bottom appeared in the central of bottom surface, which reduce with the increase of repair material elastic modulus.
