摘要
文中指出了当前自动测试系统中多用专门的并行总线接口向 PC机传送测试数据的弊端 ,提出跟着通用的计算机走 ,采用通用的串行总线接口是发展的方向。具体论述了采用 1- Wire(单总线 )、USB(通用串行总线 )和 IEEE1394(火线 )三种串行总线基本特性和用于自动测试系统的前景与形式。最后对几种串行总线进行了比较 。
In this paper,the disadvantages of transmitting test data to PC by several special parallel Bus Interfaces in current automatic test system are pointed out,and the aspect of following the general computer and using universal serial bus (USB) three serial buses,1-Wire,USB,and IEEE1394,in automatic test system are discussed in details.Finally,a few of standpoints are led out.
