摘要目前，二次经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（transurethral resection of bladder tumor，TURBT）已被国内外指南所认可，已被推荐应用于有指征的患者。欧洲泌尿外科协会（European Association of Urology，EAU）指南推荐的二次电切指征包括：①膀胱肿瘤多发或体积较大；
