摘要 为进一步提高ZL111合金的力学特性,满足更高功率发动机缸盖和机体的使用要求,在完成新型Al-Si-Cu-Mg系合金化学成分设计的基础上,采用差热分析、电阻测量、微观组织观察和力学特性测试等研究手段,对新型Al-Si-Cu-Mg系合金热处理工艺进行了深入研究。结果表明,当热处理工艺为490℃×4 h+500℃×6 h+520℃×8 h固溶处理和165℃×9 h时效处理,新型Al-Si-Cu-Mg系合金室温抗拉强度和伸长率分别为340 MPa和2.5%。 In order to further improve mechanical properties of ZL111 alloy and satisfy operating requirements of higher power engine cylinder heads and cylinder blocks,the heat treatment processes based on chemical composition design of a new Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy were studied using differential thermal analysis(DTA),microstructure observation,electric resistance and mechanical property measurements. The results show that the optimized heat treatment process of the new Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy is 490℃×4 h+500℃×6 h+520℃×8 h solution treatment and 165℃×9 h aging treatment,the ambient ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the heat-treated alloy are 340 MPa and 2.5%,respectively.
