复合树脂充填体边缘微渗漏的微型CT检测研究 被引量:11

In vitro study of microleakage of composite resin restoration using micro-CT

摘要 目的:应用微型CT和三维重建技术,测定Filtek Z250通用复合树脂、Filtek P60后牙复合树脂、PALFIQUE ESTELITE流动树脂充填体边缘微渗漏。方法:选取因正畸等原因而拔除的恒前磨牙40颗,随机分为4组(n=10)。制备直径1mm、深度1 mm左右的洞形,按下列分组充填窝洞。A组:Filtek Z250复合树脂;B组:Filtek P60复合树脂;C组:PALFIQUE ESTELITE低流动树脂;D组:PALFIQUE ESTELITE高流动树脂。样本经冷热循环后,氨化硝酸银溶液染色,用微型CT扫描样本,选择体积(volume)参数测量充填体和牙齿界面之间的银沉积物体积。结果:A、B、C、D组粘接界面银沉积物体积(mm3)分别为0.047 9±0.014 7、0.075 7±0.014 8、0.054 4±0.019 8、0.048 9±0.025 9。4组之间比较P<0.05,B组分别与其他各组比较P<0.05,A、C、D 3组分别两两比较P>0.05。结论:Filtek Z250复合树脂和PALFIQUE ESTELITE流动树脂的边缘封闭性优于Filtek P60复合树脂。 Objective:To evaluate the microleakage of Filtek Z250 general composite resin,Filtek P60 molar composite resin and PALFIQUE ESTELITE flowable resin restorations using micro-CT and three-dimensional reconstruction technology.Methods:40 freshly extracted premolars for orthodontic reason were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups (n =10).Cylindrical shaped cavity with diameter of 1 mm and depth of 1 mm was prepared in the buccal surface of each tooth.The cavities were filled with Fihek Z250 composite resin(Group A),Filtek P60 molar composite resin(Group B),PALFIQUE ESTELITE low flowable resin(Group C) and PALFIQUE ESTELITE high flowable resin(Group D) respectively.After thermal cycling,the specimens were immersed in 50% ammoniacal silver nitrate solution.Each specimen was entirely scanned by micro-CT.The volume of silver deposit at the tooth-restoration interface was measured and analysed.Results:The silver deposit values (mm3) in group A,B,C and D were 0.047 9 ± 0.014 7,0.075 7 ±0.014 8,0.054 4 ±0.019 8 and 0.048 9 ±0.025 9 respectively(among groups,P <0.05; between each 2 groups of A,C and D,P > 0.05 ; group B vs A,C or D,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Filtek Z250 composite resin and PALFIQUE ESTELITE flowable resin have superior margin sealing ability than Filtek P60 composite resin.
