摘要
新形势下我国传统流通企业的盈利潜力和发展空间已经十分有限。以河北省为例,流通企业目前普遍存在库存占比大、销售渠道单一等问题。流通企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中成功突围,应不断完善和优化自身的供应链,如加强供应商管理;发掘客户资源,鼓励商家进行连锁等多种模式的渠道建设;鼓励各种网络销售模式的发展壮大,拓宽流通企业的销售渠道等。
The profit potential and development space of Chinese traditional circulation enterprises under the new situation are much limited. In Hebei Province ,for example, circulation enterprises are currently confronted with higher stocks and single sales channels. A circulation enterprise has to improve its supplier management and sales channels construction to get ahead in the competitive market. Therefore, efforts need to be made to strengthen its management of suppliers, explore customer resources, encourage enterprises to launch its chain business, and broaden sales channels.
