摘要
患者男，36岁。因“左侧肢体乏力伴言语不清4h”于2012年1月31日入院。患者于1月31日凌晨2点左右被家属发现言语不清，左侧肢体活动不能，伴烦躁不安，急送昆山市第一人民医院就诊，查头颅CT未见明显出血病灶，为进一步诊治转至苏州大学附属第二医院。
