摘要
目的结合病理诊断分析炎症后附睾精子肉芽肿声像图特征,提高超声对炎症后附睾精子肉芽肿的诊断价值。方法 26例附睾精子肉芽肿患者共30个附睾精子肉芽肿,以睾丸实质回声为参照,分为4型:高回声型、等回声型、低回声型及网络状无回声型。结果 30个附睾精子肉芽肿,低回声型16个,等回声型4个,高回声型8个,网格状无回声型2个。结论炎症后附睾精子肉芽肿超声图像与其病理组织结构密切相关,不同病理时期附睾精子肉芽肿有不同的超声表现。
Objective To analyze sonographic feature of epididymis spermatic granuloma after inflammation combined with pathological diagnosis, and to improve the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of epididymis spermatic granuloma after inflammation. Methods Taken testicular parenchyma echo as reference standard,30 masses of 26 patients with epididymis spermatic granuloma were divided into 4 types, including high echo, moderate echo, low echo and grid-like no echo. Results In 30 masses, 16 masses were low echo, 4 masses were moderate echo, 8 masses were high echo and 2 masses were grid-like no echo. Conclusion Ultrasonic appearance of epididymis spermatic granuloma after inflammation is closely related to its histological structure. Differences in ultrasonic appearance of epididymis spermatic granuloma are based on different pathological periods.
