内质网应激与特发性肺纤维化 被引量:3

摘要 特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)是一类病因未明、以呼吸困难症状及肺功能表现进行性恶化为特征的间质性肺疾病;病变局限于肺部,主要发生于老年患者,预后差[1]. IPF的病因及发病机制目前尚不清楚.近年来,越来越多的证据表明内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)可能在IPF的发病机制中起重要作用.现就ERS在IPF发生发展中可能发挥的作用综述如下.
