生殖激素受体与精子发生关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 精子发生是一个非常复杂的过程,尤其受生殖激素调控。生殖激素与其受体结合在精子的发生、分化、成熟中起着至关重要的作用。因此了解精子发生过程中生殖激素受体的变化对精子发生障碍研究有着重要的价值。本文对生殖激素受体的基因突变及多态性与精子发生的关系进行综述,以期为男性不育的诊治提供帮助。 Spermatogenesis is a very complex process, which especially regulated by reproductive hormone. Reproductive hormone binding to its receptor plays a vital role in the spermatogenic ceils production,differentiation and maturation. Therefore,it has important value for spermatogenesis disorder research to understand changes of reproductive hormone receptors in the process of spermatogenesis. In this review, we summarized the relationship between reproductive hormone receptor gene mutations & polymorphisms and spermatogenesis,in order to provide assistance for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
