摘要 简述了低温渗氮的理论依据,总结了低温渗氮技术的研究近况,重点介绍了几种低温渗氮方法的原理和特点。最后指出了低温渗氮技术存在的问题和今后的研究方向。 The theory for nitriding at low temperature was discussed briefly. Present research status of low-temperature nitriding was summarized. The principle and characteristics of several low-temperature nitriding methods were introduced. Finally the problems existing in low-temperature nitriding technology and the research direction in the future were pointed out.
