摘要 探索了TC4钛合金组织形貌与力学性能的关系,并通过热模拟试验,对TC4钛合金在中低温区(500~800℃),在不同应变速率下进行热变形研究。通过对真应力-真应变分曲线的分析,探索了相应软化机制,确定了低温区的热变形激活能,建立了流变应力本构关系。研究了峰值应力与温度和变形速率之间的函数关系,为TC4钛合金棒丝材的加工控制提供理论基础。 The interrelationship of microstructure and mechanical property of TC4 alloy was investigated. The thermal simulation experiment under medium temperature region (500-800℃) at different strain rate was performed. By analyzing true stress-true strain curves, the softening mechanism, the flow stress constitutive equation, functional relationship of top stress, temperature and strain rate of TC4 alloy was established. The hot deformation activation energy was determined, which can provide a theoretical support for the process of bar and wireofTC4 alloy.
