摘要
研究了原始组织为铁素体和珠光体的亚共析钢奥氏体转变动力学,并根据Cahn的晶界形核理论建立了一个包括组织、成分和加热速度等参数在内的模型。实验结果和理论预测结果表明,当不考虑Mn对转变动力学影响时,实验结果与模型计算结果吻合良好。
The kinetics of austenite transformation of hypo-eutectoid steel with initial microstructure of ferrite plus pearlite during continuous heating were studied. A theoretical model for incorporating microstructure, chemical composition and heating rate etc, was constructed on the basis of Cahn's grain boundary nucleation theory. The experimental results show that a good agreement between them is eventually obtained without considering the effect of Mn on the transformation kinetics.
