摘要 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对U71Mn钢进行热模拟试验,测定高碳钢在热加工条件下,流动应力与变形温度、变形程度、应变速率等影响因素间的关系;对实验数据进行分析,确定影响流动应力的主要因素及数学模型的结构形式;通过非线性回归,建立流动应力数学模型;用实测数据对模型的精度进行检验,证明该模型具有较高精度,为计算其他力能参数提供理论计算依据。 Based on thermal simulation experiments of U71Mn steel on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine, the relationship between influential factors such as flow stress, temperature of deformation, strain, strain rate and etc. is measured under the condition of hot working; the main factors affecting flow stress and structure of mathematical model ascertained on the basis of analysis of experimental data, a flow stress model was buit and then the accuracy of the model was examied by observed data. The results show that the model has high precision, which provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of other mechanical parameters.
