摘要
用强流激光束对45钢表面进行相变硬化处理,再利用金相显微镜、硬度测试等方法,分析研究不同的激光热处理工艺参数对45钢改性层显微形貌、硬度性能的影响。结果表明:当功率为1000W、扫描速度为2mm/s时,改性层硬度为41.5HRC;当功率不变,扫描速度为6mm/s时,改性层硬度为45HRC;当扫描速度为2mm/s、功率为600W时改性层硬度为50HRC;当扫描速度不变、功率为1000 W时,改性层硬度为41.5HRC。
Surface hardening treatment of 45 steel was carried out with strong current laser beam. The effects of different laser heat treatment process parameters on the microstructure and hardness properties of of 45 steel modified layer were studied by OM and hardness measuring. The results show that:when power is 1000 W, the scanning rate of 2 mm/s, modified layer hardness is 41.5 HRC. When power is change less, the rate of 6mm/s, modified layer hardness reaches 45 HRC, when the scanning rate of 2 mm/s, power of 600 W, modified layer hardness is 50 HRC, when the scanning rate is constant, the power is 1000 W, and modified layer hardness is 41.5 HRC.
