摘要
采用正交实验与回归方程相结合的实验方法,研究了炉气碳势浓度和渗碳温度对20CrNi3钢渗碳淬火后渗碳层深度和硬度的影响规律。实验结果表明:最佳渗碳工艺参数为,炉气碳势浓度1.20%,渗碳温度920℃。
The influence rule of the carbon potential and carburizing temperature on hardness and carburized layer depth of 20CrNi3 steel was researched by orthogonal regressive principle, The results show that the optimum technical parameters are carburizing temperature at 920 ℃ and carbon potential for 1.2%.
