髋关节翻修术中髋臼骨缺损的评估与重建 被引量:11

摘要 随着我国全髋关节置换(total hiparthroplasty,THA)患者数量的不断增加,因各种原因导致THA术后假体固定失败需要翻修的患者数量也在与日俱增。髋臼翻修的主要原因有髋关节不稳、假体周围慢性感染、聚乙烯磨损后假体周围骨溶解和无菌性松动,而需要翻修的髋臼多存在不同程度的骨缺损。在髋关节翻修术中,髋臼骨缺损的处理是最具挑战性的难题之一。
