摘要
目的为了解新疆地区汉族、哈萨克族、维吾尔族儿童血糖分布特征。方法应用整群随机抽样法抽取新疆维吾尔自治区福海、和田、喀什地区汉族、维吾尔族和哈萨克族6—14岁儿童,进行空腹血糖水平调查。结果共随机抽样调查维吾尔族、哈萨克族、汉族12620人,其中男童6238人(49.4%),女童6382人(50.6%);汉族1821人,其中男童934人(51.3%),女童887人(48.7%);维吾尔族9530人,其中男童4663人(48.9%),女童4867人(51.1%);哈萨克族1269人,其中男童641人(50.5%),女童628人(49.5%)。男童平均血糖水平较女童高0.1mmol/L(P〈O.05);汉族儿童血糖水平高于维吾尔族儿童0.5mmol/L(P〈0.05),高于哈萨克族儿童0.1mmoL/L(P〈O.05),哈萨克族儿童血糖水平高于维吾尔族儿童0.4mmol/L(P〈0.05)。汉族男性儿童血糖水平6—9岁呈增长趋势,9~13岁呈下降趋势,13岁以后呈上升趋势,汉族女性儿童血糖水平6~9岁呈下降趋势,9~14岁呈上升趋势。维吾尔族男女儿童血糖水平6~9岁均呈下降趋势,9~14岁均呈上升趋势。哈萨克族男女儿童血糖水平6~9岁均呈增长趋势,9~13岁均呈下降趋势.13岁以后均呈上升趋势。汉族、维吾尔族及哈萨克族男女儿童血糖高低水平在13岁时基本一致.结论新疆地区儿童空腹血糖水平与性别、年龄有关,存在民族差别。
Objective To investigate the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) profile in children of Han, Uygur, and Kazak ethnicities in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Methods Random samples were collected to analyze the prevalence and distributing feature of FPG in different nationalities at 3 localities ( Fuhai, Hetian, Kashi ) in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, and children were aged 6 to 14 years. Results There were 12 620 individuals with complete records, with 6 238 (49.4%) boys and 6 382 ( 50.6% ) girls. Of them there were 1 821 individuals from Han ethnicity, with 934 boys (51.3 % ) and 887 girls (48.7%) ; 9 530 individuals from Uygur ethnicity, with 4 663 boys (48.9%) and 4 867 girls ( 51. 1% ) ; 1 269 individuals from Kazak ethnieity, 641 boys ( 50.5 % ) and 628 girls ( 49.5 % ). The average level of FPG in boys was higher than that in girls [ ( 4.37 ± 0.79 vs 4.27 ±0.74 ) mmol/L, P〈 0.05] ; Higher in Han ethnieity children than that in Uygur ethnieity children [ (4.71 ± 0. 58 vs 4. 18 ± 0.79 ) mmol/L, P〈0.05 )and Kazak ethnieity children [ (4.71± 0.58 vs 4.61 + 0.59 ) mmol/L, P〈O. 05 ]. Among Han ethnicity boys, the levels of FPG increased with age from 6 to 9 years old and decreased 9 to 13 years old, but in the Han ethnicity girls, there was an obvious drop in FPG levels from 6 to 9 years old and increased with age from 9 to 14 years old. Among Uygur ethnicity children, the trend of variation of FPG was similar between boys and girls, there was an obvious drop in FPG levels from 6 to 9 years old and increased with age from 9 to 14 years old. Among Kazak ethnicity children, the trend of variation of FPG was similar between boys and girls, the levels of FPG increased with age from 6 to 9 years old and there was an obvious drop in FPG levels from 9 to 13 years old. From 13 years on, there was a rise of FPG in both boys and girls and there was no significant difference between all of them by 13 years old. Conclusions The blood glucose level of children in Xinjiang was associated with gender, age, and ethnicity.
